The Failure Of Fairness

The failure of justice, equality, and fairness for Blacks in America is tragic especially when Hispanics, Asians, Arabs and Jews are among all the so-called minorities; only Blacks are used as a means to support and ensure that the White majority and its ethnic subgroups continue to dominate and produce wealth and power! See, it's like a Promise made to you that when the glass is full, it would overflow, benefitting the poor. But what happens instead, is that when the glass is full it "magically gets bigger" -- nothing ever comes out for the poor! America's racism runs up and down, from the highest point to the lowest point. It affects every member of our Black race, regardless of education, employment, class or party affiliation.

This country has a conscientious program effort to make sure anything pertaining to Black people is watered down, diluted, and equated out by including everyone else. There’s a cardinal rule in Social Dynamics that says “everything that pertains to everybody, pertains to nobody.” This country want to make sure the dominant society feels no guilt and no responsibility for the conditions of Blacks by equating it to all other groups.

Whites are still responsible for slavery because they are still enjoying the Fruits and Advantage of what their grandfather and great grandparents did to Black folk. Whites are living an Advantage Lifestyle that comes from the enslavement and Jim Crowism of Black people.

Just as Indians laid their claim against this land in America for what has been done to them (Indians have been receiving Reparations for over 300 years), Blacks should be laying a Legal Claim against the Government. You could never have enslavement and Jim Crowism for 460 years without the complicity and support of every level of government. The City, State, County, Federal Government are all co-equal to have created unjust conditions for Black people.
