Lincoln Did Not Free Slaves!

Abraham Lincoln and his Emancipation Proclamation did not free one single solitary Black slave. What Lincoln did was pass the Emancipation Proclamation passed the Federal Government saying basically all the slaves who were in the South in the Confederacy that they were free but Lincoln did not have any authority to free slaves in the South because the South had succeeded away from the Union. Abraham Lincoln did not go out of his way to free not one slave that was in North or in the Border States. The Emancipation Proclamation did not free one single slave.
